Summer Mission Trip Forms - Louisville, KY

Below are the 4 documents  (Participant Release, Youth Covenant, Americana Community Center Release and St. Joseph Children's Home Release) that I need from each of the students going on the mission trip! If you do not have access to print them off we would be more than happy to provide you with physical copies!

Students will not be able to attend unless I have received these documents from them!

I would like to have them back ASAP, but the deadline for them to be turned in is May 19th.

Parent's Night Out!!

Join us for a night of fun...without your kids! We all need a night every now and then where we get to hangout and enjoy the company of other adults. March 23rd is your chance for that! We'll meet at Applebee's for dinner at 6PM and then head over to the bowling alley to bowl a couple of games. This is a chance for you to have a fun night and get to know other parents going through the teenage years.

Operation Christmas Child

Are you looking for a way to give back this Christmas?

THIS Sunday we'll be having an Operation Christmas Child shoe box wrapping party. We'll provide the wrapping paper, tape and snacks....you come with a shoe box filled with goodies for a needy child. If you'd like to see suggested items (and a list of prohibited items) to put in the shoe box click HERE.

Our wrapping party will begin at 5:00 and we'll hangout and have snacks & hot chocolate to make it a festive evening.
